    • Complete the online form with your information.

    • TytoCare will ship the TytoHome device directly to your home by mail at no cost. Please expect delivery within our standard window of 5 to 7 business days.

    • Set up your TytoHome device as soon as it is delivered. It only takes about 10 minutes, the instructions are included inside the box.

    • The next time you or a family member is sick, log in to MyChart to get on-demand virtual urgent care with a Presbyterian Medical Group provider.
