A longtime fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, Allyson B. Keller is Vice President of the Patient Connection Center at Piedmont Healthcare, one of the largest healthcare organizations in Georgia. Keller has led several initiatives to improve the patient experience while advancing an effective and successful pre-service process at Piedmont for over a decade. More than 700 employees report to her, and the team handles scheduling for 18 hospitals, including all outpatient and surgery scheduling. The team also handles all pre-service functions, such as insurance verification, patient liability estimates, and preregistration. Incoming calls from patients for primary care, cardiology and Piedmont QuickCare practices go through her team.
Dorsa Barzin
Senior Vice President of Strategy
Dorsa Barzin is a dedicated healthcare professional with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and credentials as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Public Health Nurse (PHN). With decades of experience spanning community care, value-based care, and operational leadership, Dorsa has built a career focused on improving patient outcomes and driving systemic healthcare improvements. In her previous role as Vice President of Clinical Programs at a network of over 2,000 independent physicians and providers, Dorsa led clinical program development, focusing on utilization management, care management, risk adjustment, and quality improvement. Recently, Dorsa has transitioned to exploring the non-clinical side of healthcare, with a focus on Third-Party Liability (TPL). While not directly clinical, TPL plays a pivotal role in ensuring that healthcare organizations recover funds that can be reinvested into patient care. This move reflects Dorsa’s commitment to addressing inefficiencies and driving value across the entire healthcare ecosystem.
Si Yahav
Director of Tyto Engagement Labs™
Si Yahav is the Product Marketing Director at TytoCare, where she has been leading product marketing strategies since November 2021. With over 15 years of experience, Si has held key roles at Cellebrite, Lumenis, EMC, and Pravda Media Group, driving product launches and market growth. At TytoCare, she focuses on enhancing the virtual healthcare experience. Si holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three boys.
Abby Losinski is the Director of Outpatient Telehealth at St. Luke’s Health System. She has over 16 years of experience in healthcare serving in many different roles including Director, Program Manager, Senior Systems Analyst, and Licensed Practical Nurse. She earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Colorado State University and specializes in program, service line, and workflow development. She has utilized her clinical, technical, and leadership expertise to build multiple provider practices, develop and implement numerous electronic health record projects and, most recently, stand up a new On-Demand Virtual Care service line which allows anyone within the state of Idaho or Oregon to have access to medical care via a virtual visit. In her spare time, Abby enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
