As the Director Product Manager for our Longitudinal Care offering, you will lead one of TytoCare’s most strategic and impactful products, central to our mission of transforming healthcare delivery. Longitudinal Care is at the core of our strategy, enabling seamless, continuous healthcare journeys that empower patients and providers while driving better health outcomes.
This role is pivotal in shaping the future of TytoCare and requires a business-focused leader who can align the product’s development with market needs, customer expectations, and company growth goals. You will work cross-functionally to ensure the product’s success, serving as the central driving force for its strategy, execution, and market adoption. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, and execution of the Longitudinal Care product, ensuring it aligns with TytoCare’s overarching business goals.
- Drive the development of this flagship offering, positioning it as a cornerstone of the company’s growth and success.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance product differentiation, expand market reach, and improve customer outcomes.
- Serve as the voice of the business, ensuring the product delivers measurable ROI and meets market and customer demands.
- Partner closely with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and customer success to align product development with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback evaluation to inform product strategy and prioritization.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality SaaS-based consumer-facing web and mobile app products.
- Engage deeply with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders to identify pain points and develop innovative solutions that address their needs.
- Champion a user-centric design philosophy, delivering intuitive and impactful experiences that drive engagement and adoption.
- Act as the face of the Longitudinal Care product, presenting product updates, business cases, and strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with expertise in both inbound and outbound activities – must
- 5+ years of experience in the digital health or medical device industry – must
- Proven track record of managing SaaS-based consumer-facing web and mobile app products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
- Solid technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
- Expertise in Agile development methodologies and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit, fostering alignment across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
