The Virtual Care Engagement: What Consumers Want survey takes the pulse of those who have interacted remotely with any healthcare professional in the past 12 months, across both Medicaid and commercially insured patients. What would make them more likely to adopt a virtual care solution? What factors are important to them when choosing a healthcare insurer or provider? Do members feel that they need to choose between quality of care and access to care?
